A glimpse into the future of hops, wrapped in a seriously juicy DIPA. We were excited to get our hands on PRYSMA Galaxy, an innovative new hop product that lets us push Galaxy aroma further than ever. Added after fermentation, it delivers pure, saturated hop flavor without extra bitterness, loading the beer with layers of juicy tropical fruit on a thick, pillowy body. Passionfruit, peach and tangerine come flying out of the glass. Big on aroma, smooth on the sip and hard to put down.
