Made with simple ingredients and carefully selected seasonings, these sausages showcase the quality of local beef with bold, balanced flavour. This product contains 5 sausages per pack and is gluten-free, with no unnecessary fillers. Raised without hormones or antibiotics, the beef is sourced from farmers we know and trust, then processed and crafted in-house at our provincially inspected facility. Pepper rosemary beef sausages are prized for their rich beef flavour, enhanced with cracked pepper and aromatic rosemary. Bold without being overpowering, they're equally at home alongside roasted vegetables, served with potatoes, or added to soups, stews, and one-pot meals. Ingredients: Beef, water, salt, black pepper, mustard seed, garlic, pepper, rosemary, thyme, beef collagen casing. Contains: Mustard. Cooking Instructions Grill, pan-fry, or bake until fully cooked and heated through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
