On this 5 days long hands-on journey we learn about the history of Tibetan singing bowls and exercise the gentle strike technique, a revolutionary new way to play the singing bowls. We get introduced to the NEW Sound Healing System of planetary healing frequencies developed in Europe by H. Cousto. In exercises, meditation, in individual and partner sessions we experience about 8-10 of the basic healing harmonics of this powerful new sound healing system. By the end of this introduction class we will be able to clear and align our chakras, to balance and harmonize our body, mind and soul and to gain deep self healing, empowerment and well-being.
