Winemaker's Notes Exotic baked pear, lychee and lime. Fragrant aura of kirsch, strawberry compote, raspberry and clove. It’s rich, round and unctuous, tasting of strawberry, maraschino cherry, blue plum jam, nutmeg and Swedish Berry candy. Frozen Cabernet Franc berries were picked before dawn December 5th at 38.1° Brix. Sweet: 225 g/L residual sugar Enjoy now to 2027. Vegan friendly.
