Beginning December 1, you’ll open one full-sized braid every other day until December 23—giving you time to savour, prepare or even begin spinning each colour before revealing the next. On Christmas Day, you’ll open a special thirteenth braid: a radiant finale that brings the entire collection together. Each hand-dyed braid weighs at least 100 g, for a total of at least 1.3 kg of spinning fibre. Rich, atmospheric and beautifully nostalgic, this collection travels from warm candlelight and festive berries into evergreens, frozen blues, shimmering silver and the deep stillness of midnight. The Colour Story Candlelight Gold — Light in the Window A warm golden glow welcomes travellers home on the first cold night of December. Cranberry — Berries Beneath the Snow Bright winter berries peek through freshly fallen snow like tiny Christmas jewels. Antique Rose — Ribbons from the Attic Faded velvet ribbons are brought down from an old wooden trunk to decorate the tree. Mulled Wine — A Cup by the Fire Dark berries, winter spices and a little warmth shared beside the hearth. Evergreen — Gathering the Garland Armfuls of fragrant evergreen are carried home to dress the mantel and doorway.
