Ceriello x Licini Guanciale Ketchup

A collaboration between Ceriello Fine Foods and Licini Brothers. We start with the Licini Guanciale they cure and build a ketchup around it. The result is uniquely flavorful: sweet and peppery up front, with the savory depth only real cured pork can bring. Tomato, a little vinegar, fresh red bell peppers and apples round it out. Good anywhere you use ketchup. We like it on burgers, roast pork, chicken, eggs and potatoes. Net wt. 15 oz. Contains pork. Natural settling does occur — please shake before eating.
