Thelocactus lausseri

Plants are solitary with globose to short cylindric bodies 3-4 inches tall by 2-3 inches in diameter. Spines are white, red, or black when new and aging to white. Smallish flowers are white with pink mid-stripes and are reminiscent of flowers on some Stenocactus species. The plants available are growing in 3-inch and 6-inch pots.
