The winter citrus lineup for a holiday brunch. Each flavour makes its own mimosa, so the table can pour three at once. Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently until dissolved. Blood Orange: natural citrus with a fruit-and-vegetable-juice colour. Pomegranate: natural pomegranate with citric and tartaric acid for a clean tart edge. Orange Clove: natural orange with fresh clove and a fruit-and-vegetable-juice colour. Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two cubes per drink yields nine mimosas across the three flavours.
