Cantina El Rey Hacienda – Talavera Tile Backsplash Mexican Mural

Cantina El Rey – Village Hacienda Mural Step into old Mexico with this hand-painted Talavera tile mural depicting the iconic Cantina El Rey — a classic hacienda-style cantina nestled beneath ancient shade trees. A proud horse stands at a stone well while roosters roam the sunbaked courtyard below a warm amber sky. The rustic adobe building, thatched palapa roof, and vintage Cerveza signage capture an authentic moment of traditional Mexican village life. Framed in a bold cobalt blue Talavera floral border, this handmade mural brings unmistakable character and cultural warmth to kitchens, dining rooms, patios, and Southwestern-inspired spaces. This Talavera clay tile mural is composed of 63 independent pieces that, like a puzzle, once assembled create a beautiful scene. 35 tiles create the scene itself, 24 form the side frame, and 4 are corner pieces. Each tile measures approximately 4¼" × 4¼", with the assembled mural spanning approximately 29" × 38".
