Lightness arises from slowing down and letting go, finding in nature the perfect place where thoughts can flow freely once more and the mind can lighten. There’s a special star in this graphic: the Kakapò! It’s a protected species of nocturnal parrot, endangered, that has a unique trait: it has wings, but it can’t fly! Yet it exists and endures, defying conventional norms. Between movement and stillness, a genuine balance takes shape, one in which lightness is sought and cultivated. Every day.
