Colours, designs and styles of applicable prizes may be randomly selected. Some prizes are size-specific. Gacha purchases are random by nature, so unfortunately we can’t accept requests for particular prizes, colours or designs. Christmas Gacha prizes cannot be exchanged simply because a different Gacha prize was preferred.
