Turn your Grande into a wood-fired oven - hot enough for pizza, great for slow cooks too The Grande Pizza Oven Plate simply hangs of the Grill frame, creating an enclosed oven that traps heat at the sides and back to create the ideal cooking environment. Same idea as the Asado version, designed for the Grande. Cook your pizza directly on the firebricks, moving the embers below for even heat, and keep topping up from the Ember Maker between pizzas to hold that perfect temperature (250-280C on the base is crucial). As the embers build up, they also cook from the back, just like a traditional pizza oven. The result? Crispy bases, bubbling toppings, and that unbeatable smoky flavour.
