Sectarian Violence - Upward Hostility

Released in March 2013, Upward Hostility is a short, sharp hardcore punk release from Sevenoaks, UK straight-edge band Sectarian Violence. Originally released through Grave Mistake Records and Carry The Weight Records, the ten-track release packs its songs into a lean burst of aggressive SXE hardcore. Tracks include “Conflict of Interest,” “Start Again,” “Creature of Habit,” “No End to the Violence,” “Conspiracy Theories” and “Disposable.” Rooted in punk, hardcore and straight-edge culture, this is a compact slice of UK hardcore from the early 2010s, presented here on cassette.
