Features of Alias Audio Fotocast Resin Produce Soft Hearing Aids! Alias Audio Cast resin is specifically developed for creating molds for soft hearing aids or earplugs. To produce ear molds, an impression of the patient's ear is first taken. Once the impression has been successfully obtained, it is digitally scanned using a 3D impression scanner. The scanned data is then used to create a design with the help of CAD software. The mold is subsequently 3D printed using Alias Audio Cast resin, which is compatible with a wide range of 3D printers. The printed molds can be easily filled with silicone material. After the silicone has been poured and set, the molds can be easily broken away and removed, resulting in soft hearing aids or earplugs suitable for the end user.
