Global Mini Chopper 3.15" / 8cm

The Global Mini Chopper is a compact Japanese-made knife for quick chopping and small prep jobs, such as herbs, garlic, nuts, small vegetables and cheese. Its short 3.15" blade is easy to maneuver, the 12.5-degree edge cuts cleanly with little effort, and a thumb rest gives added control. Small hollows along the blade help food release instead of sticking. The balanced, ergonomic stainless steel handle is comfortable to hold and easy to keep clean.
