Reverse Taper Putter Grip - Flat Medium

The Golf Pride Reverse Taper Flat Putter Grip is a flagship innovation from Golf Pride’s Stroke Enhancement Collection. Reversing traditional grip geometry, it features a slim upper hand section that gradually expands into a wider, thicker lower hand section. This design equalizes hand pressure and stabilizes the trail hand, preventing unwanted wrist flip to keep the putter face square through impact. Engineered with flat front and back surfaces, the Reverse Taper Flat is tailored for golfers who prefer a palm-to-palm or claw setup. Constructed with a soft, tacky outer formulation enhanced by a high-friction dimple pattern, it delivers reliable all-weather traction and soft impact feedback. Key Features Innovative Reverse Taper Geometry: Slim upper section paired with a wide lower section stabilizes the lower hand and prevents wrist breakdown Flat Front & Back Profile: Parallel flat surfaces support proper alignment for palm-to-palm, claw, or traditional putter holds Enhanced Tacky Surface Texture: Soft-touch polyurethane wrap featuring a micro-dimple pattern provides non-slip traction in wet or dry weather Promotes Square Clubface Alignment: Equalizes grip pressure between lead and trail hands to help eliminate pushed or pulled putts Tour-Inspired Black/White/Red Styling: Striking high-contrast colourway with visual setup guides on the cap Specifications Brand: Golf Pride (#1 Grip on Tour) Model: Reverse Taper Flat (Stroke Enhancement Collection) Profile: Flat Front & Back / Reverse Taper Geometry Core Size: .580" Round Weight Options: Small (~57g) | Medium (~61g) | Large (~62g–64g) Colourway: Black / White / Red Accents Why We Like It The Reverse Taper Flat solves a common stroke issue by preventing the trail hand from overpowering the stroke.
