Those Peepers - Block Builder #2

Block Builder patterns are two sided sheets designed to introduce you to a cute scrappy block and then give you a fun quilt layout design and guidelines to inspire real life use. Block Builders assume you know popular quilting skills such as half square triangle creation, stitch and flip, and accurate(ish) 1/4" seam allowance, as well as pressing knowledge if you are not an open presser. If half square triangles are involved, an accordion map will be included so that the Accordion Sewn HSTs™ can be used if you like. This cute little modern kitty is the talk of the quilt shop, looking at you through her fancy glasses and thinking about how to hide her latest fabric purchases when she gets home. Using just three fabrics, each of which is more fun to pick out than the last, and simple piecing and machine applique techniques, this block comes together easily and starts charming immediately. Two sizes of block (6" and 12") included in the cutting chart, as well as the ridiculously cute "Peanut Gallery" pattern guidelines on the back with applique and embellishment ideas for those who need a face on their kitty.
