Hour of the Bird

A hand-printed linocut of a bird perched among peony flowers in an ornamental composition. Limited edition of 70 prints, released in small batches. Signed and numbered on the front. Print measures 29.7 × 42 cm (11.7" × 16.5"), with a print area of 24 × 36 cm (9.5" × 14.2"). Oil-based inks on lightweight handmade paper in deep black with torn edges. Printed using hand-carved blocks and a traditional press. Each print is unique, with subtle variations in ink and paper.
