Your package determines the number of initial sketches and revisions included. Please review your design carefully before final approval. Once the design is confirmed, we will confirm your final costume price and required production payment. 💰 FINAL PRICING Full Custom package prices are STARTING PRICES. Final pricing depends on your approved design. Depending on your order total and design, Pearl Dazzle may require: • A production deposit, or • Payment in full For orders requiring a production deposit, the required amount will generally be based on the remaining order balance and will be communicated before production. Your costume is not added to our production queue until the required production payment has been received. 🔒 9️⃣ DESIGN CONFIRMATION = PRODUCTION COMMITMENT Once your design is confirmed and the required production payment is received, your costume will be added to the Pearl Dazzle production queue. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with all design details before confirming. Once production has been scheduled, design changes are not accepted. Design and production preparation generally begins approximately 2–3 months before delivery, depending on the costume and current production schedule. For example: November delivery → design and production preparation may begin around August / September. Your production window depends on all required customer steps being completed on time. 📦 1️⃣1️⃣ DELIVERY Your costume will be completed according to the delivery date or delivery window reserved with your booking, provided that all customer requirements and deadlines have been completed on time. We do not guarantee exact reproduction of costumes created by another designer, costume company, or brand. If inspiration from another designer is submitted, Pearl Dazzle may adjust the design, construction, placement, details, or styling to create our own interpretation. ✨ RHINESTONES ARE PART OF THE PEARL DAZZLE LOOK All Pearl Dazzle Full Custom solo costumes include rhinestones as part of our standard stage aesthetic. The exact: • Coverage • Stone size • Stone color • Placement • Quantity depends on the selected package and final approved design. ⚠️ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY Your booking reserves a production window, but maintaining that production window depends on completing all required steps on time. It is the customer's responsibility to: • Read the booking information • Save the booking follow-up information • Track the reserved delivery date • Track the 60-day Design Chat deadline • Book the Design Chat early enough to secure availability • Complete the Design Form on time • Complete the Measurement Form on time • Have song / routine information ready • Respond to measurement questions • Respond to design questions • Approve design details on time • Complete required payments on time Please understand: Not reading an email or policy, overlooking the deadline, forgetting to book, waiting too long to book, or submitting required information late does not extend your deadline. If Design Chat appointments become fully booked, Pearl Dazzle cannot move another customer's appointment or create an additional appointment. If customer delays leave insufficient production time, Pearl Dazzle may no longer be able to guarantee or accommodate the originally reserved delivery window. Customer-caused delays include, but are not limited to: • Late Design Forms • Late Measurement Forms • Late Design Chat booking • Missed appointments • Incomplete information • Late measurement corrections • Late design approvals • Late payments • Delayed customer responses Any resulting production or delivery delay is the customer's responsibility. 💳 MISSED PRODUCTION WINDOW The $200 booking payment is non-refundable. If your costume cannot move forward within the originally reserved production window because the required customer timeline was not followed, Pearl Dazzle may convert the original $200 booking payment into a Pearl Dazzle Store Credit Code instead of issuing a refund.
