Pieter Bruegel the Elder Lesson Download

This Northern Renaissance painter was known as The Peasant Painter. He diverged from the traditional subjects of the mythological and Biblical and painted images of the lives of the people around him. His famous paintings of The Tower of Babel and The Peasant Wedding are sure to draw students' attention with their interesting detail. Following the instructions, students will then create their own version of the Tower of Babel using permanent ink and watercolor paint while experimenting with perspective techniques.
