THIS WAS THE COFFEE THAT STOPPED THE CUPPING TABLE Some coffees are good; this one stopped the room. We've learned to expect great things from Juan Peña, but this washed Sidra from his Yacuri farm still surprised us. At the cupping table, it separated itself immediately; juicy and substantial in a way washed coffees rarely are, yet impossibly clean from first sip to last. Harvested in April 2026, it's one of the freshest coffees we've brought in this season, and we're roasting it light to protect everything that made us pause: the delicate florals, layered fruit, and long, effortless sweetness. In the cup, look for cotton candy grapes, jasmine, and clementine. When a coffee makes you stop mid-cupping, you know it's worth slowing down for. 12 oz bags are available for a limited time.
