Costa Rica Biolley Bourbon Longberry comes from Coffea Diversa, a remarkable coffee garden in southern Costa Rica known for cultivating an extraordinary collection of rare and unusual coffee varieties. This Bourbon Longberry is honey processed, allowing some of the coffee cherry’s natural sweetness to remain with the seed as it dries. The result is an elegant cup where soft florals meet rounded sweetness and bright citrus that is distinctive, but still wonderfully approachable.
