Myrtillocactus geometrizans 'Glorp'

This strange form of Myrtillocactus geometrizans grows misshapen and bumpy stems, with irregularly distanced ribs. New growth of Myrtillocactus geometrizans 'Glorp' appears bright green before fading to a silver-green, with the occasional cluster of grey spines along each stem. This rare form is typically grafted or grown on Myrtillocactus geometrizans rootstock. WATERING Water when soil is dry 100%. Water lightly (if at all) during winter months. LIGHT REQUIREMENTS Full sun. FEED Use a cactus fertiliser 3 times between March - November. REPOTTING It can stay in the same pot for a number of years as it is such a slow growing plant. If it does ever become too small for the pot it is in, repot into one size up and use a well draining cactus compost, adding extra drainage such as perlite, pumice or grit.
