Cortese Organic Vanedda Bianco Terre Siciliane Vanedda Bianco is produced in Sicily, Italy, under the Terre Siciliane designation. Inspired by traditional Sicilian methods, it offers an individual style of white wine with a deep golden colour and a distinctive, structured profile. Made from Catarratto and Grillo, the hand-harvested grapes are cooled for around 24 hours before being destemmed and fermented on their skins for at least two days. Fermentation finishes in large 30hl oak botti, followed by at least seven months on the lees and a further six months in bottle before release. Aromas of coconut, tropical fruit and gentle spice. Taste of rich fruit, rounded texture and well-integrated acidity. Finish of excellent structure, balanced freshness and lingering length. Pairs well with seafood, mature cheeses and richly flavoured vegetarian dishes.
