Meera Centre Piece - Diwali Decor

By the evening of Lakshmi puja the house is full and every surface is doing something. Each Meera piece is a small cane drum topped with yellow marigolds, white chrysanthemums and dark green leaves, about nine inches tall. Stand a pair either side of the pooja thali, or step six around the table so the idols sit framed between them.
