The Versa Lift Model 24's standard housing legs won't normally fit between them, and trusses can never be cut or modified because every member carries load. The Truss Leg Kit solves that. Its specially designed legs fit between trusses on 24" centers and bolt to the lift housing and mounting rails in place of the standard legs, so you can install a Versa Lift Model 24 in a truss attic without touching the trusses. → Fits the Versa Lift Model 24 only. Not compatible with the Model 32. Features: Fits Between Roof Trusses: Legs are designed to fit between trusses on 24" centers, so no truss member has to be cut. Replaces the Standard Legs: Use the truss legs in place of the four standard housing legs that come with the lift. Uses the Lift's Own Mounting Rails: The standard mounting rails rest across the truss joists to carry the lift's weight. The truss legs bolt to them. Returns You may return your Truss Leg Kit within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original carton with all original packing materials, parts, hardware and manuals. Items that have been installed cannot be returned. Return authorization Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without one may be refused, and you may be charged to have them shipped back to you. Restocking fee and shipping charges Returns for any reason other than damage, a defect, or an incorrect shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is your responsibility. Ship prepaid and insured via UPS to the address provided with your return authorization. Because free shipping applies only to completed sales, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items Check every box when it arrives. If a carton is badly damaged, refuse it with the UPS driver if you can. Otherwise, photograph the damage and report it to us the same day. Damage found after unpacking must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If your Truss Leg Kit is damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll handle the return or replacement at no cost to you. Refunds Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
