This one-piece brass part holds the contact tip, distributes shielding gas evenly around the wire, and pairs with the AT 255 threaded nozzles (145.D015, 145.D016). Replacing a worn or spatter-clogged tip holder restores gas coverage, tip alignment and current transfer, which cuts porosity, burn-back and unplanned downtime. Sold in packs of 5.
