2026 Rutherglen Wine Show: 90 Points - Silver medal. If you’re a Prosecco fan, you’ll love our new frizzanté. Lightly sparkling, fresh and full of vibrant citrus and stone fruit character, it brings together notes of lime zest, mandarin and white peach, with a delicate mousse and a refreshing finish. NOSE: Clean youthful aromas of Lime Zest, Mandarin and white blossom. PALATE: Clean Bright Medium dry flavours of fresh cut lemons, white peach, and with a soft pineapple curve. Friendly steering acidity and mousse across the palate, finishing with lifted light tropical fruits. WINEMAKING: Clean juice fermented at 14 degrees to maximise fruit character through a clean cool ferment and minimal handling. Bottled soon after vintage with carbonation. VINTAGE NOTES: Cool temperatures experienced through bud burst and flowering reduced overall crop potential across most varieties, from 2025. The growing season overall was clean, warm and dry. Autumn temperatures dipped on cue, with clean fruit harvested across all varieties with good flavour profile, and some standouts.
