Made in Japan using Japanese-grown Hinoki cypress, this beautifully natural incense combines powder from the tree's leaves and wood to create Hinoki's distinctive fresh, green and gently woody fragrance. Hinoki, or Japanese cypress, has been valued in Japan for centuries and is particularly associated with traditional architecture, temples and the restorative atmosphere of Japanese bathing. Its clean woodland scent feels quite different from sweeter or more traditionally smoky incense, making this a lovely choice if you prefer fragrances that feel fresh, natural and quietly grounding.
