Loaded Tan Tien Prism Dropthrough Longboard

A new graphic on a classic shape - the Loaded Tan Tien Prism. Unique in this day and age - a mid length, cambered, flexy drop-through with slight nose and tail kicks just enough to fulfil your intrusive freestyle thoughts. Or just lift over that annoying bump or crack on the way through town! The Loaded Tan Tien pretty much revolutionised longboarding when it appeared a few years back. Small, light, flexy and nimble, it features small kicktails to allow a plethora of flips and dancing tricks. The Tan Tien is a great alternative to a cruiser, being small enough to lug around when you're not skating it, but not so small that there's not enough to stand on - which we find to be a common problem from a lot of our customers when it comes to a mini longboard like this. The deck itself using a combination of bamboo and fibreglass, with extra glass reinforcement at the nose and tail to prevent too much damage. It's drop-through, and it'll fit pretty much any skate truck out there. The glass and bamboo construction, pressed into the cambered "moustache" profile that you can see in the pictures, gives the board a springy, responsive flex. The Tan Tien is a great little board for pumping in and out of turns, with a lot of energy return. You can choose your flex to suit your weight and riding style.
