This turning stock was freshly cut in September of 2026, contains moisture, and is wax sealed. An occasional surface/end check or inclusion may be present. The burl eyes can contain voids and often develop checks. This is a wonderful choice for anyone, from the beginner to the expert woodturner. We recommend the twice turning method for working this wood.
