Cappuccino Mug & Saucer – Clay Workshop

Join us for a fun and creative clay workshop where you’ll learn the art of slab building and create your very own beautiful handmade cappuccino mug and matching saucer. During this hands-on session, you’ll discover a range of slab-building techniques, learning how to roll, shape and join clay to construct your mug and saucer from scratch. Once you’ve created the basic shapes, it’s time to get creative! You’ll learn how to add finishing touches, textures and decorative details to give your pieces their own unique character and style. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous experience working with clay, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to learn new skills, unleash your creativity and enjoy a relaxing experience with like-minded people. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced participants. Once completed, your mug and saucer will be professionally fired and glazed before being returned to Gordon Rigg Garden Centre, Todmorden, ready for you to collect.
