2139 Mithila Traditional Art Painting - Lord Ganesh

Gorgeous traditional Mithila Painting of Lord Ganesh with deep rich colors Ganesh, also known as Ganpati, is invoked at the start of any project to vanquish any obstacles that might obstruct the smooth progress of the project. While Ganesh is popular across all denominations of Hinduism, it is in the western belt of the Konkan that he reigns supreme. All natural pigments Extremely detailed. Acquired directly from the president awardee artist Size: 27 x 18 cm without the border and 35 x 26 cm with the border Production of these artworks is very limited. So I tried to take all. I rejected a few - and those had some blank spaces that did not look aesthetically right. In most, there are filler elements that are connected to the main subject symbolically and laid out harmoniously around. *** *** This item has spent a lifetime being used for the purpose of its creation with the original artist/user.
