Trinity Oyster Plate

A wise chef once said, “Good things come in threes.” Meet the Trinity, the smallest member of The Oyster Bed family. Designed for individual servings, this little platter made its debut at the famed James Beard House in New York City. Its compact, quarter-circle shape makes it easy to handle with grill tongs and perfectly sized to sit atop a small plate for serving. Small in size, but every bit as versatile as the rest of the family. The Trinity is currently sold out, but we're working to bring its manufacturing home to the USA. Pricing is still to be determined, but we'd love to keep you in the loop. Join the waitlist, and you'll be the first to know when the Trinity is back in stock.
