The Renegade Rose Gold (RRG) is a high-performance, dry-sanding paper disc engineered for automotive body repair, woodworking, metal fabrication, and composite finishing. Core Specifications & Key Features Abrasive Grain: Premium heat-treated, P-graded Aluminum Oxide. The grain self-sharpens under pressure, producing a faster cut rate (roughly 30%–50% faster than standard AO discs) and a consistent, uniform scratch pattern. Anti-Loading Coating: Uses a water-based, non-pigmented stearate coating. This open-coat design prevents dust from clogging or loading the grit. Because the stearate is undyed, there is zero risk of pigment transfer onto primed, painted, or raw surfaces. Backing Material: Built on a B-weight, fiber-reinforced latex-saturated paper backing. This provides up to 50%–60% greater tear resistance than conventional paper discs while retaining enough flexibility for contour sanding without cracking along folds.
