Community Trip : The Art of Mini Golf
It’s time for something a little different…. On Wednesday 1st July join Lonely Girls Club as we head to The Art of Mini Golf, a playable exhibition by RISING Melbourne. Combining competitiveness, immersive experiences, exhibitions and new friends, this is a night you are not going to want to miss! An exhibition of rebellion and play for the curious, the competitive, and anyone bold enough to swing outside the lines. Play your way through nine adventurous mini golf holes, each designed by a leading woman artist, exploring the mini golfs subversive history that you may not yet know much about! Kick back and relax in our private Lonely Girls’ Club event space from 7pm, and enjoy drinks, which can be purchased from the Clubhouse bar. You’ll be able to collect your club and scorecard, and warm up in the practice putt before heading into the exhibition in smaller groups. The course takes around 50 – 60 minutes and you can continue to relax in the events space for more time to chat, yap, laugh and get to know other girls both before and after you complete the course. There are nine playable artworks to tackle. Each hole is designed by a different leading woman artist, meaning each one has its own distinct vibe. The Art of Mini Golf is wheelchair accessible, and there is a chill-out space in the building for anyone who needs it.
