How to use 01 Diffuse Add 3–5 drops per 100 ml of water in an ultrasonic diffuser. Run 30–60 minutes, then stop — continuous diffusion isn’t more effective and can dull your sense of smell. 02 Try one at a time Diffuse a single scent first to learn its character before blending. Single-oil exposure is also the safest approach around pets. 03 Dilute for skin Adults: dilute to 1–3% in a carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond, fractionated coconut) — 6–18 drops per 30 ml. Sensitive skin, children, elderly, pregnancy: 0.5–1%. Always patch test. 04 Store cool & dark Keep sealed in a drawer or cabinet away from heat.
