A bloomy-rind cheese with rich, golden, buttery interior known for it's bcreamy texture with earthy notes of mushrooms and butter. Jindi Triple Cream Brie has been recognized through multiple awards throughout several international cheese competitions such as: 2018 DIAA New South Wales Dairy Competition: Awarded Gold for the Jindi Triple Cream Brie. 2009 Guild of Fine Food World Cheese Awards: Jindi collected four gold awards, including the only gold award in any Brie category. World Championship Cheese Contest (Wisconsin): While Jindi's classic brie famously took home the overall "World's Best Cheese" grand prize, the master craftsmanship has routinely carried over to their triple cream variations.
