The nose offers notes of Lemon curd, pear, green apple, honeysuckle, vanilla, and light baking spice. The palate is Medium to full bodied with layered citrus and orchard fruit including lemon, yuzu, pear, and ripe apple. The texture is creamy and rounded, supported by bright acidity and subtle oak influence that adds vanilla and pastry like depth.
