Crostino Toscano (Chicken Liver Paté) Alpe Magna was founded in 1953 when owner Mario Simonetto opened his first butcher’s shop in Castelnuovo. Alpe Magna has since become a quality, handmade sauce producer, specialising in traditional recipes from the Dolomite region. This handmade Crostini Toscano follows a traditional Tuscan recipe, in which chicken livers are deglazed with brandy during cooking to soften their strong flavour. Total weight: 190g. Ingredients: Chicken Livers (70%), Beef Liver, Fresh Onion, Trentino Red Wine (SULPHITES), Butter (MILK), Anchovies (FISH), Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Brandy, Sea Salt, Capers, Rosemary, Pepper, Fresh Garlic.
