Coreopsis - Seashells Mix

This little delight offers airy sprays of intricate, 1" blooms are held on thin, wiry stems. Each bloom demands attention, with petals like tiny trumpets glittering in shades of deep raspberry and custard, rust and gold. The original mix I planted offered a stunning diversity of forms and colors-- The seed I'm sharing is from a tight selection of plants which showed the best tubular petal form, and my favorite color ways. Over time I hope to see more and more of my favorites in the mix. A clump forming annual, this coreopsis is covered in small, intricate blooms late summer through autumn. Growing to around 2.5' tall in my garden, it is too short for serious cut-flower production, but it's heavily branched form, thin wiry stems, and self-cleaning habit make it a fantastic casual cut flower or garden marvel! It graced my bedside posy, and kitchen jam jars all season long. Some variation can be expected. Includes at minimum 100 seeds. Germination test for this seed lot were near 100%.
