Butterfly Pea Flower Infusion

𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐚 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭, 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲? Steep 1–2 teaspoons of butterfly pea flowers infusion in hot water for 5–7 minutes. For a colour-changing twist, add a splash of lemon or lime juice; the infusion shifts from blue to violet as the pH changes.
