Inspired by the festive holiday ales of Belgium and America this golden brew is tuned for the warmer Aussie climate. Bright enough for a Summer shindig yet bold enough for a Winter celebration. An equal blend of local wheat and barley keeps it smooth and crisp. Caramelized pumpkins provide a touch of sweetness and golden hue. Balanced by a subtle blend of citrus and spices for a little zing. A deceptively easy-drinking brew best served in a chalice or your best beer glass. Tasting Notes Aroma - Initially overripe banana and mango, then following are layers of cola lollies and lemon/lime zest Flavour - Malty sweet barley and candied pumpkin is balanced with tart wheat and zesty spiced notes. Creamy mouthfeel leads to a refreshing citrusy finish ABV: 7.0%
