Logo Details: This hat has our Aspinwall Vertical Trademark on the center front. The patch is made from a rubber pvc material with a matte finish.. It is both glued on with a high strength glue and then sewn onto the hat front to assure the patch wont fall off. The diaphragm call sleeve on the right side of the hat has our Mountain Pass Logo in high strength silicon. Bighorn Hat: Our Bighorn Hat is an in-house design of a higher profile retro rope style hat. The Bighorn Hat is our higher profile five panel hat that has a natural curved brim. This five panel hat is made from stain resistant fabric that won't easily fade or stain. It has a double buckle snapback, laser perforated back panels, custom Aspinwall taping and flag label, and features the topo lines around Granite Peak on the interior of the hat. It has an upgraded sweatband that feels softer on the head than most traditional wholesale hats. Bighorn Fit: The Bighorn Hat is designed for the person that likes a higher profile, structured 'golf style' hat. We just designed and built it with upgraded materials and a craftsmanship approach. In our endless pursuit of building the perfect hat we have long concluded that every head size and shape is different as well as the preference of the style of hat varies from customer to customer. To suggest that since 'hats are adjustable they will fit any head size', is just not reality. Therefore you will start to see more Aspinwall hats that are offered in multiple size options. The Hamilton Hat comes in three different sizes options to better accommodate the variety of head shapes and sizes. Small / Medium, Regular, and XL / 2XL. Measure that string or mark the distance and it should correspond with the measurements below. These hats are adjustable and can be made bigger and smaller, but the ideal fit of the hat is the measurement closest to these numbers.
