Golden Turmeric Chai

Flower of Life Tea™ Golden Turmeric Chai is a full-bodied, caffeinated, spicy chai that is filled with a hearty cinnamon notes, supported by ginger and turmeric, that are meant to help aid in digestion and over all inflammation, and it also makes a wonderful drink that warms bodies from the inside! Ingredients: Assam BOP, Cinnamon, Ginger Root, Turmeric Root, Cloves, Cardamom, Pepper Black, Cassia (Cinnamon) Essential Oil Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195°F. Use 2.5 g of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep for 4-6 minutes. Sometimes we enjoy this chai with just water, while we also choose days when we enjoy classic chai preparation in a saucepan with a choice of milk (that gets strained) and sweetener.
