It ships without cream cheese icing — fresh cream doesn't travel. We've included the recipe so you can make it at home in minutes. Cream Cheese Icing Recipe 50g Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature) · 33g double cream · 19g agave syrup · pinch of vanilla extract Bring cream cheese to room temperature and beat until smooth. Add cream, agave and vanilla. Whisk to soft peaks. Spoon over your warm roll.
