Keeping Your Cupcakes Fresh Our cupcakes never contain any gelatine or preservatives unless stated. Cupcakes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery but will keep fresh in their box for up to 3 days from delivery. Please never place our cupcakes in direct sunlight — like any of us in the heat, they'll get hot and bothered and start to melt! Return policy Our cupcakes are baked fresh to order, and therefore, we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. Any issues must be reported at the time of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for concerns raised after delivery. For all refunds, the item must be returned in full, as required by law.
