FORMAT: 0.75L GRAPE VARIETY: 100% GEWÜRZTRAMINER VINTAGE: 2024 PLACE: HUNGARY -ITALY ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%VOL THE WINE: Bright yellow color. On the nose, it reveals the elegance, finesse and aromatic intensity typical of the Traminer grape with notes of tropical fruit, such as lemon, passion fruit, apricot, with a citrusy stripe of mandarin and grapefruit, supported by hints of rose petals. VINIFICATION AND REFINING: The harvested grapes are immediately taken to the cellar where the bunches are carefully selected and pulled, and macerated on the skins for 6-8 hours. After that the grapes are gently pressed and the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C (61 °F) for 12-14 days. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks for a few months until bottling. CULINARY PAIRING: Great with sweet vegetables like pumpkin, roasted paprika, squash, eggplant and sweet potatoes. Also great with chicken or duck curry and an evergreen pairing with seafood.
