Roaster’s Note Verano is vibrant, bold, and made for long summer days. Verano, meaning “summer” in Spanish, captures the feeling of the season itself. It opens with a bright tartness that brings energy to every sip, followed by warm toasted notes and a lingering sweetness that settles in on the finish. The result is a coffee that's refreshing, balanced, and endlessly drinkable. Verano is a limited seasonal roast crafted to keep you caffeinated and refreshed through the sunniest days of the year. Each season, we introduce a unique, limited release roast that captures the spirit of that moment in time. For summer, we wanted to create a coffee that feels bright, vibrant, and full of energy, like a warm afternoon spent outdoors or a road trip with your favorite playlist turned all the way up. The character of this coffee is shaped by a carefully crafted blend that combines bright citrus notes with rich sweetness, creating a balanced and nuanced drinking experience. Washed for sweetness and body Experimental Anaerobic Natural for depth and layered complexity The result is a medium roast that opens with vibrant grapefruit notes, transitions into the rich nuttiness of walnut, and finishes with the smooth sweetness of panela.
