Domaine d'Eugenie "Echezeaux" Grand Cru 2022

97 Points Jasper Morris 80% whole bunch vinification with 6 new barrels out of 9. A fine dense purple. Here the nose is less explosive but clearly suggests concentration. With time some dense dark berry fruit and some peonies start to emerge. On the palate the 2022 Echezeaux is really complex with a few little chocolate notes merging with pinpricks of fresh red fruits, with a long fine finish and a fresh acidity to finish.
